PowerPivot Installed - Not Reflecting in the Tab.

Hi,

I have installed the new version of Power Pivot on my home laptop. It does not show up on the ribbon. When i try to load it, i get the error Com Addin Load error. 4.0 version of dot net had been installed.

I have tried all the suggestions that i got online, still does not reflect.

Can i get some help regarding this.
