upgrade from pp 2010 to pp 2013 Problem

Hi
I have file with pp 2010 I upgrade the version to 2013
When I open Excel 2013,it required to upgrade
I press OK
But I get this message
Unable to upgrade the Data model in this workbook.....

How I can solve this
And I can't open any DAX to rewrite it or copy it

huh. I have said so many times "I have never had a problem upgrading 2010 to 2013" ... and, here you are
