I'm using Power Query to combine several .csv files into a single Excel table. Everything works fine if I'm importing the files one by one but when I'm using the From Folder selection Power Query replaces umlauts and other non English alphabets with weird special characters. Is there a way to keep that from happening? Even the Replace Values doesn't seem to fix the problem in Power Query.

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Hi,

It seems that you have problems with encoding declaration for this files - you should have parameter like that at the end -> "Encoding=1250" (the number should be the same as for individual files)
