Calculate Percent of Monthly total

Hi,

I am new to DAX, and I am trying to run the Percent Recovery from the Exposure per month. I tried using the calculate function with All Except the Month column as filter. But the result I am getting is is repeated for all rows, calculating the % of all months instead of per month.
Can anybody help me with suggestions?
