Is it possible to copy and paste a powerpivot table to a new workbook? I've tried several times and no luck. Typically with regular pivot tables I can select the table, cntrol C and then paste in new workbook.

I don't need the data model or anything behind the powerpivot table. I just need to copy the findings from the report I get into a new worksheet.

Hi
Open a "Power Pivot" windows, click on a required table tab at a bottom of the window, click on any cell of the table and press Ctrl+A and Ctrl+C after, switch to a worksheet in your new book and press Ctrl+V.

Hi anvg- this seems to be just copying and pasting. I tried it and it takes a very long time-- I'm assuming because the data model is also being loaded into the new sheet. I need a way to paste my pivot table flat while preserving the formatting.
