I have a list of school metrics on a Pivot Table. The schools are assigned to recruiters, but the names of the recruiters are not listed on the Pivot Table. They are in a related table. I want the school names highlighted based on the selection of the respective recruiter. Any ideas?

Well assuming you have the recruiter on rows in the pivot table, just place the school name also on the rows under the recruiter. Then go to the formatting options for the pivot table and set to tabular and turn off sub totals
