I am a bit new to power BI but not to report/dashboard creation.
I am currently working on a productivity dashboard for a team of 30 people.
I want to calculate their expected completion (so we can compare productivity)
I know that their target is 5 per hour and the data will be run twice per day once at mid day (5 hours into the day) and again the following morning (8 hours)
Simply mid day would be 5*5 to get the target however I am struggling to display it. All I want is a single line where we expect them to achieve. I want this to also work with a hierarchy if teams. Simply Team leader above their team.
Any ideas how I can achieve this?
