How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
I don't really understand your question. A relationship is between 2 tables, one side has a PK and the other has a FK. You just drag the columns to each other in the relationship view and the relationship is created. It is not relevant if there are 2 records in the FK table or not - the relationship is the relationship.
