Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
It works fine for me. Is anything else going on, do you have any steps prior to this (other than sourcing it)?

i saw video of ExcelIsFun regarding PowerQuery and followed same steps but not worked through Add Custom Column.

used same formula in Advanced Editor, works fine for me.

so searched in google and youtube, did not get the SOLUTION :(

My suspicion is that you typed the formula in the box for the name of the field instead of in the box for the formula.

I receive the message "Formula is Incomplete" only if I didn't type anything yet in the fomula box (so there is only the prefilled "=").
