Hello Friends,

I have not been active on these forums, but I am active in the Power BI community via my blog, YouTube channel and of course my book, published by the kindly Bill Jelen/Mr Excel himself.

I am here to ask for some help. I have been training/consulting in Power BI for many years now, but feel that perhaps I have become out of touch with how hard it was for me when I was just starting out on the Power BI journey.

So here I am asking you to help me understand the present day challenges you face in learning/adopting Power BI.
If you could take 5 minutes to answer this quick survey, I would really appreciate that:

If you like you can also copy-paste your survey response in this thread to share with the community.
Thank you for helping me with my process of self-(re)discovery.

Power On!

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
