Incrementar la celda en formulas

Tengo a2, c2, e2, g2, i2, con las formulas =datos!a4, =datos!b4, =datos!c4, =datos!d4, =datos!e4 respectivamente. Pero para las proximas hojas, esas formulas incrementarán a 2 celdas mas abajo, es decir, =datos!b6, =datos!c6, =datos!d6, =datos!e6 y en la proxima hoja =datos!b8, =datos!c8, =datos!d8, =datos!e8.</SPAN>

La pregunta es cómo puedo hacer este procedimiento en automático con alguna macro?</SPAN>
