    You can only Autofilter for 2 values unless looking for an exact match.
    You might want to look at using Advanced filters instead.

    Sheets("DatesRaw").Range("A3").End(xlToLeft).Offset(0, 1).PasteSpecial xlValues will paste into B3 regardless of how many columns have data.
    Will row 3 always have data?

    That would suggest that you have error values in col Z like #N/A, #VALUE! etc

    In that file everything is numeric, will that be the case for your real data?
    Also will you have just 1 value to filter on?
