    Unfortunately I don't. I have use VBA to control Adobe acrobat pro before but I don't even know if what you are asking is possible to be honest.

    Easiest way would be to copy the header image onto your Excel sheet otherwise I think you will need to look at using something like Adobe Acrobat Pro to combine the pdf's which would get a whole lot...

    This will sum all the values in column C where the corresponding date in column A is not a Saturday:

    =SUMPRODUCT(--(WEEKDAY($A$2:$A$100,2)<>6),($C$2:$C$100))

    Thanks but that will only return the earliest date in the list for each employee. I want the earliest start date only taking into account records that have consecutive start and end dates going back...
