    This is share market related.
    Just trying to see how many shares, at various prices , were traded during day.

    What is cell A10 with the date 3/5/2019 formatted as?
    In Australia that date is equivalent of 3rd of May .
    You probably need to play around with custom formatting.

    Assume cells where hours are recorded are B2:B10.

    Select these cells and in CF put this formula
    =B2>35
    Select pattern and then go OK.
