    If I remember correctly and my knowledge may have been superceeded by an update but the PowerPivot addin for 2010 isn't perfect.

    I imagine your Power Pivot connection was created using a PQ Query...

    If I read your question correctly I think your problem may be a Many-To-Many relationship in your dates.

    Try creating another table of unique dates.

    And use this to bridge your vendor...
