  1. Re: Highlighting cells with a greater time of 3hours from another cell

Would you post some real data?
  2. Re: Highlighting cells with a greater time of 3hours from another cell

Enter the following formula into Conditional Formatting, choose a fill color, then, copy and paste by format down the column:

    =B1-A1>3/24 'substitute with appropriate columns

Re: Simple code help an old man

Can you open the file directly without opening the folder? Something like:

    Dim wb As Workbook

    set wb = Workbooks.Open(Filename:=mypath & "\" & myfile)
  5. Re: Find unique values then copy to different column

For the second loop, you can do a range.find instead.
  6. Re: [VBA] RE GetOpenFileName, I want to point Excel to a file, and then reference that in other modules

You can declare facml outside any function and sub and with the PUBLIC keyword. That makes facml a global variable, which can be used by all modules and, thus, could be hard to track in a big...

Re: I think I need a "If" Formula

When sending goods from, say, Auckland to Fielding, does it matter whethere Auckland has lift? Or only destination is of concern?

You also mentioned minimum charge. How does it work?
  8. Re: Define A Time Range When Upper Limit is Midnight

There is a more general solution. If ty9e < ty9s, then ty9e = ty9e + 1. Plus 1 puts the time into the next day. Normally, 1 am is 1/24. 1 am for the next day is 1 1/24 or 25/24.
  9. Re: Define A Time Range When Upper Limit is Midnight

Midnight is special. If it is the beginning of a time period, then, it is 0. If it is the end of a time period, then, it is 1.

Set a cell's format to time, enter 24:00, copy and paste by value to...

Re: Formula help request - VLookup I think?

I think what you need are SUMIFS and COUNTIFS.

    COUNTIFS(sheetlist!B:B, "=x",sheetlist!A:A, ">sheetlist!B3",sheetlist!A:A, "<sheetlist!B4")+ "do the same for B is blank"

Re: For Each Loop Premature Termination

You do not increment Last_Row. So, everything goes to the same row.
  14. Re: Looking for a formula to insert column header text

So, you want the three x's to be dog, bird?

Put the following formula in G4:

    =IF(B4="x", B$1,"")

Then, copy the formula across the next four columns (H, I, J, K). You can also copy it down...

Re: Audit VBA - can't get the old value to appear

Did you step through the code and see what vOldVal was after the if statement? And by the way, vOldVal doesn't seem to be declared or defined. So, the if statement should always be true.

Re: How to use SUMIFS with dynamic criteria?

Instead of a formula solution, maybe you should consider a VBA solution.
  17. Re: Turning a table of contents built via a VBA Worksheet_Activate sub-routine into a set of clickable links to the other worksheets within the workbook

    Re: VBA, Chinese character error

Where did you see the "?"? In the debug window?

I put "劉明袝" in A1 and ran the following macro.

    Sub test55()

Dim arr(0 To 2) As Variant

    arr(0) = Sheets(2).Range("a1")
