    Re: Date Formatter Macro

    Here's a different approach that won't mess with the formatting of any surrounding text. As coded, it processes every date in the selected range.

    Re: Extract Word Form Field Data to Excel

    First off, you should not be using formfields and content controls in the same document. They weren't designed to work together and trying to do so is a known source of problems.

    That said, to...
  8. Re: Link Between Word Document and Excel Not Updating

    How is the range in Word you're linking from defined?
  9. Re: VBA code for Excel to Word copying problem

    Well, you might start by limiting the scope of what you're copying; otherwise you might try a different paste method. Word supports:
    .Paste
    .PasteAndFormat
    .PasteAppendTable
    .PasteAsNestedTable...
  10. Re: Copy and Paste a table within a Word from Excel

    In that case, you could use:

    Set WordDoc = WordApp.ActiveDocument
    Dim i As Long, j As Long
    i = CLng(InputBox("How many copies?", "Table Replicator", 1))
    With WordDoc.Range.Tables(1).Range

  12. Re: [VBA] Copy Range from Excel Paste into Word Autofit Contents to Window & Page & Keep Source Format

  13. Re: Excel/Word Mail Merge - Same Address...different names

    The transformation could be automated via an Excel macro - perhaps sending the output to a sheet specifically created for the mailmerge, so the original data can remain undisturbed. The macro that...
  14. Re: Excel/Word Mail Merge - Same Address...different names

    To do this effectively, you'll need to restructure your data so that all residents at a given address are on the same row. For example:

  15. Re: [VBA] Copy Range from Excel Paste into Word Autofit Contents to Window & Page & Keep Source Format

    Set objWord = CreateObject("Word.Application")
    objWord.Visible = True

  19. Re: code to save sheets as separate word files

    So which do you want - Word files or PDFs? You can create PDFs simply via Save As. For Word files, you need to automate Word, copy the content to it, etc. before saving in Word via Save As.

  25. Re: Auto or one click Word doc macro to run 3 different reports

    As I said, you need to have a line like:

    UserForm1.UserForm_Initialize
    is not what I said you need. A call to...
