  1. Re: Rename Worksheets Using "Master" Worksheet

    If you have the names you want to use for your worksheets listed in column A then you can just use a For loop to rename the existing sheets, provided they are in the same order as the list. Say you...

    Re: Check Status Code of all urls in column

    You have two macros. One of which is a worksheet_change event macro that calls the other macro and supplies the URL string to the second macro. You could make a list of the urls you want to check...

    Re: Player Comparison Formula

    Not sure what you are asking, but to fill in the five columns in sheet Players, it seems to me that you could simply list the names there instead of on the other sheet. It is as simple as just...
  4. Re: Stopping macro execution without generating an error message....

    That is being innovative. A simple If...Then...Else statement to turn the procedure off.
    Thanks for the feedback,

  5. Re: Stopping macro execution without generating an error message....

    OK, I didn't test it, but I thought it might just go to the End Sub. Apparently, the error is being generated in the Button sub, so I had the error handler in the wrong sub anyway.
  6. Re: Stopping macro execution without generating an error message....

    Try this modification to your OnTime code.

    Sub RepeatMSG()
    On Error Goto SKIP:
    Userform.Show
    t = Now() + TimeSerial(0, 0, 5)
    Application.OnTime t, "RepeatMSG"
    SKIP:
    End sub

  8. Re: How to Print Selected Cells without changing its position in the sheet

    You are probably looking at setting the top and left margins for the sheet size you use to print on. I believe that is what the printer uses to start its print out. Excel just provides a glob or...

  10. Re: Trying to have Text Box removed after a 5 second delay

    You're welcome. I didn't do a lot of analysis on the code you tried, but it was probably the time that was not allowing the variable to initialize.

  11. Re: Trying to have Text Box removed after a 5 second delay

    Try this

    Public Function MouseOverForRedTextBox()
    Dim s As Long
    With ThisWorkbook.Sheets("Sheet1")
    If .Range("N18").Value <> "RedTextBox" Then
    'THIS CALLS THE SUB TO CREATE...
