    This version gets the data table from the object sheet. It still uses the Data3 sheet but you can hide it, so the only visible sheet will be the object sheet.
    It also centres the big boss.

    I develop at home with Excel 2013, so if the code does not work on newer versions, you have a problem.
    Are you sure the license really expired? Google “excel product activation failed”...

    It is already drawing all connectors, but some tweaks are in order. The code has issues with names like B2 and B2-1 because it currently does a partial match, I will change that.

    The customizations you mention can probably be implemented on the top to bottom template, which at the end will become a bottom to top chart.

    Another option is to hardcode the credentials into the VBA code and password protect it. Beginners will have trouble cracking it.
