    Re: Using more than one formula in a cell

    To put a space between each cell, just insert " ". So, your example would become =concatenate(d1," ",g1," ",m1," ",k1)

    Re: Using more than one formula in a cell

    Hi there. You can string bits together in a few ways. The way I use is with an & between each bit. The formula you would want in E2 would be:
    Excel 2007 32 bit
    <tbody>

    E

    Toss on your...

    Re: Formula not calculating

    Hello there. You don't say which version of Excel you are using, but I have had difficulties in the past where I have had several workbooks open at once, and excel seems to 'run out of steam', and...

    Re: Exact matches when using COUNTIFS

    One way might be to insert a helper column. In column D have: =SUBSTITUTE(C2,"*","#") and in column E have: =COUNTIFS(A:A,$A2,D:D,$D2)

    This assumes your licence values don not have any # character...

    Re: Sorting referenced column and rows

    If you have used data validation to select the name, you can then sort the whole table and the names will go with the rest of the row. I think what your saying is that you want additional names to be...

    Re: Sorting referenced column and rows

    Hi there. Rather than a VLOOKUP, (which is dynamic as you identified), you could use a data validation list of the range.

    Re: Showing cell text length while typing

    I would like to see it in the adjacent cell (so if typing into C7, I would want to see D7 continuously update.)

    Re: VBA to replace/remove

    You need a minor tweak to your code: use Range("A2:A" & lRow).Replace what:=" ~**", Replacement:="", LookAt:=xlPart
  19. Re: Parse data into 3 data point (first, middle and last name)

    I would first replace each of the different seperator characters with a single one such as ~. Then carry out a number of replaces to replace ~~ with ~ (keep doing this till no replaces takes place)....

  21. Re: Is there a shorter way to find the next available number?

    OOps slight problem if all numbers are contiguous - this should do it though:

  22. Re: Is there a shorter way to find the next available number?

    Hi there. I think it can be simpler. Try this:

    Dim x As Long, x2 As Long
    Dim xNum As Long, mNum As Long
    Dim Found As Boolean
    Dim mArr() As Integer

    Set ws =...

    Re: Converting durations to minutes

    Hi there. Try: MinuteValue = Round(MySelection * 60 * 24, 0) (I have changed the name you used as it is a word used in Excel and I always try to avoid using names like that).
