  1. Re: How can we make a simple button behave like a toggle button?

Look into static variables. They hold their value even when the macro has finished running. You could potentially set a static boolean variable and then determine which macro to run with something...
  2. Re: Code doesnt work after being imported into a new excel

I don't have too much time on my hands right now so unfortunately I can't help you further.
I can tell that module 2 copies a bunch of data and creates/deletes sheets. Perhaps it's an idea if you...

How about you just delete the whole line selected in yellow, it does nothing.
  5. Re: Code doesnt work after being imported into a new excel

I should have mentioned it's only module 2 that needs rewriting. Shivers down my spine and that. The code in module 1 will never be executed as it is all commented out.

What is the error you are...
  6. Re: Code doesnt work after being imported into a new excel

Think about rewriting the entire code. You are selecting and activating ranges which should be avoided and in your code seems to be without any use.

    Hi Dan,

Not much knowledge on opening UserForms with hyperlinks, but did some searching around and I think the FollowHyperlink event may suit your needs:

  8. Re: VBA: For Each loop not going through cells in range

I do not see any problems with the code you posted (please use code tags), so I am assuming the problem lies in the sub you are calling for each cell.
Like Neil mentioned, use F8 to step through the...

  11. Re: questions regarding macros created on computer 1 to use on computer 2

First of all, read this page that will help you avoiding select and activate. That is bad practice.

I'm not sure what you mean by "computer filepath". If you mean to find where the file is located...
  12. Re: questions regarding macros created on computer 1 to use on computer 2

Not a problem, hope you manage to make it work.
  13. Re: questions regarding macros created on computer 1 to use on computer 2

It's unclear to me what you're asking, but I have a hunch that the root of your problems is that the files the macro refers to are located in different folders because the two PC's do not use a...

  17. Re: Code to change multiple numbers at once

I always use REF in my code to indicate a reference to be added/changed to suit OP's code.

You're on the right path, but not quite there. There are three ways of referencing wokbooks/-sheets:

    Re: Conditional Format query

This would obviously require to separate conditions:

    For the first condition (green):

    =G2=OFFSET(G2,0,-6)

    For the second condition (yellow):

    =OR(G2=$E2,G2=$F2)
