  5. Re: How do I redistribute sales fairly if I want to increase the growth percentage?

    Hi Rijnsent,

    If you are replying to what I suggested then you missed the jist of it. For example, Store 6001 in the first week contributed 23307.01 to the 11,586,579 that is equal to 0.2012%....
  6. Re: How do I redistribute sales fairly if I want to increase the growth percentage?

    I don't have the formula for you but the best way in my opinion is to use a weighted average. Meaning figure out the percentage that each of the 92 locations contributed to the 11,586,579 and...

    Re: Excel formula

    Small typo in the above formula. Should be:

    =IF(COUNTIFS($B$1:B1,B1)/B1=1,B1+1,B1)
  9. Re: Selecting data based on cell entry higher in column

    Hi, this code works on your above request. That said, there is no set pattern on what you colored headers(or materials) change to in the body of the description. For instance "Pre- insulated 204x60"...

    Re: Chart based on Store selection

    I think your problem lies in how you have your data laid out. If it were me, I would have 3 Columns of data. The header row would be STORE#, DATE, SALES. I would then move the sales data to the...

    I downloaded your workbook, and it is not as described in your post. You have the software name, version number, department name all in column A separated by commas. I can break that information out...

  21. Re: Copy rows based on keyword list to second sheet

    How about something like this. The software list you want to search for should start in Cell A1 on Sheet3.

    Sub GetSoftware()

    Dim ws1 As Worksheet: Set ws1 = Worksheets("Sheet1")
    ...

    Re: Why won't this return a BLANK cell?

    I can't say for sure why it is returning zero, you may have a stray character in one of your cells. I can say for sure, that you are missing the "Value if False" part of your IF statement.
