    To test the method provided by dmt32 paste the code into the SHEET module (not Module1, Module2 etc)

    Load both columns into the Combobox (display either or both columns in userfom) and use the value in the 2nd column to populate the label
    (zero based so Column(0) is the first column)

    What I do is to HIDE every row in each range first and then unhide ONLY the ones I want visible

    This may not be what you want, but it provides a method that you can adapt to your needs

    I notice that you have now amended the sheet name from SD to SD_Employee_List when populating the combobox
    So the sheet names (for populating and searching) should be consistent
