Re: Creating formatted Word Doc from Excel VBA??

I went to that site and while I found some useful stuff, it left a lot on the table. If someone could provide examples (or links) to assist with the following I'd be grateful:

    1) How do I set the...

Re: Creating formatted Word Doc from Excel VBA??

Thanks, I'll give it a shot. As for access to the word library, everyone has the full, identical office suite installed so I doubt that will be an issue.

Re: Creating formatted Word Doc from Excel VBA??

Thanks, I looked at that as an option, but users of my "tool" won't necessarily have a copy of the template. I've found from experience that the more I count on other to manage parts of this the...

Re: Stopping code from inside a userform??

That's what I thought I did as well but the boolean still showed as false after unloading the form. I found a less elegant workaround that suits me for now. If I find the time and motivation I'll...

Once again with more clarity :)

I'm trying to build the line and populate the scroll options via VBA. I can't figure out the calls to do that.

Re: help: Want to create a sliding line on a chart

Sorry if I wasn't clear. Adding a line is the easy part (I already have many of them via VBA...my primary question is how to use a scroll bar to move one left/right on the chart.

    But thanks!

Re: Parsing out words from a cell

So I gave up on this for a while, re-engaging.

I stumbled across some tips that allowed me to split the genres from a single column (comma delimited) to multiple columns per movie. For example,...

Never said thank you but the last option did exactly what I asked for......unfortunately I then discovered that my desire to "update on the fly" was a bad idea. Every edit, every minor change takes...
