    Sub Kishan()
    Dim Cl As Range
    Dim UsdRws As Long

    UsdRws = Range("C" &...

    Re: Runtime Error 9

    It's down to the system settings.
    I suspect that you have "Hide known file extensions" checked, whilst your colleague doesn't.

    Another option
    Private Sub Worksheet_Activate()

    @MoshiM
    Your code is going to loop through every single row in the sheet (ie all...

    Try adding the file extension to the workbook name.

    Re: Hide columns base on text

    Right click the tab on the sheet you want this to work on, select View code & paste the code into the window that opens up.
    Do not change the name of the sub.

  20. Re: Creating names under Formulas>Define Name issue

    @MAIT
    A named range cannot begin with a number, hence you get an error.
    Devonair
    Not quite sure what you are saying.
  21. Re: Creating names under Formulas>Define Name issue

    You cannot use () as part of a name, you can use numbers as long as the name is not a valid range reference.
    So something like SBC255 is no good, but SBCD255 or SBC_255 is fine.
    Have a look here...

  24. Re: excel vba "On Error go to" while in an Autofilter procedure

    Autofiltering on a number that doesn't exist will not generate an error. You need to test for a valid number first like
    Dim OrderNumber As Variant
    Dim Flg As Boolean

    Do While Flg = False
    ...

    Re: What is wrong with this code VBA?

    I get 288900 in P13 with those values.
    Check that there are no leading/trailing spaces in the cells.
    Also the code is case sensitive so if you had si rather than Si it will not recognise it.
