IF statement based on a number in a certain position in another cell
I need to know how to write the following: =IF(3rd digit in cell J2="2","2-10051","1-10031") I do don't know how to obtain the 3rd digit. I tried researching this and tried several ways but got "error" or "false".- LINDAAXT

Open Excel without having any excel Opened
I am researching currently if I can Open Excel without having any excel Opened. Is there something in Windows that can trigger excel opening, like can i press two keys together to get the excel opened which i want ? Not sure If this can be done:confused::confused::confused::confused:- ravvio31
