How do I change the default font size in Comments? Currently set at 8 point.

Thanks,

Bill

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Hi;

For a specific cell's comment; select the comment, right click your mouse when it is on the borders of the comment, select "format comment" and do the rest of work.

I was hoping you could tell how to change the Default - from 8 point to 10 or 12 point, so I won't have to change the font size for each specific cell.

Hi again;

The above answer was related with the comment's font. Not the cell font !!!

I understand the difference. I edit the Comment font and change it from 8 to 12. But the next Comment I add has the 8 point (default) font. What I want to do is change the default Comment font from 8 pt to 12 points, so each time I add a Comment, the font size is 12 points.

Thanks gain.

Bill, the setting is controlled via the Win OS....goto Display Porperties > Appearance > select [Tooltips] and change font etc
