compile error in hidden module

I just installed office xp and i get this message everytime I try to open office : compile error in hidden module: autoexecNew......I'm able to use the program after i press ok....i just don't know how to fix this problem...

any suggestions!

Check your Addins [Tools] > [Addins]

One of your Addins is causing this error.....tyr deselecting them one @ a time and > closing > reopening Excel until the error no longer shows....
