Hi All,

I am having trouble with an aspect of pivot tables. I am extremely familiar with the process of pivots but this is killing me.

I have the a data I want to see - in this case sums of money in two separate columns. I also want to compare these sums - 1 as a percentage of the other. I am using the function in the options sections for this but I keep getting a #N/A value. Both columns are formatted for currency so I can't figure out the problem!

Your help is appreciated!

Thanks,

Ed

I see that you haven't received other answers to your question, so far. If you would be so kind as to present an example, taken directly from your data, with, say, the first three rows of your two-column data, plus the "Options" column, with your formula, then, I'm sure, we could stop batting our brains against the wall trying to outguess you. We are NOY, repeat, NOT, mind readers, as so many posters seem to believe!
