    If cell text matches specified text, concatenate cells

    I need to concatenate cells if one of the cells meets specified criteria. For example, if the contents of cell K10 = LLC or INC, I want to concatenate cells K9 and K10 into K8. I hope this makes sense. I wasn't able to insert a picture. Here is what I have right now, which is clearly incorrect...
