Add Zeros to make all digits in to 7 numbers

Hello,

I am using formula which groups number in 1000 range as you see it gives me result in range C2 to C15

I wand to get result adding zeros before to complete number both side in to 7 digits as demonstrate in range C19 To C32 Or any alternate solution
