Calculating hours for a schedule

Hi i am wondering if it is possible to calculate the hours worked in a day if the start time and end time are in the same cell in this format
Example
C D E
1
2 12th 13th 14th
3 Monday Tuesday Wednesday
4 9:00-6:00 9:30-6:30 10:30-6:30

i appreciate any and all help as i have been trying figure this out for a while now

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
