CountIF with Rolling Months

Hi,
I have a data shown below, my aim is to count the data with condition last 12 rolling months. Here is the simple data

Normally I achieve this with COUNTIF(Range; ">30") but I dont know how can I achieve this with rolling months.

Regarding this formula, can I use this part =TAKE(FILTER(B2:B25,B2:B25<>""),-12)>30 for conditional formatting?
