Hi good people,

Is there a kind soul that could please help me with building a formula able to calculate the daily interests accrued based on variable interest rates?

In the tab "interest rates" I have included the rates, when they have been changed and for how long each rate should be used.

In the tab "Interests" I have included in column "E" the values of the accrued interests (for each deposit) as of 26 Jun 2022. Can you please help me with a formula able to calculate this automatically?

Sorry English is not my first language and I'm not sure if I'm explaining myself very well (but that's why I'm attaching a spreadsheet  ).

hello,
i have a unexplainable difference of 42$ on that total interest of 11,335$, so that's negligible.
When i reorganise your data in a sequence like a bankaccount in that 2nd table, then your intrest also return intrest.
At then end, that also makes a difference of in total 165$.
Minus the difference in calculation of 42$ = your intrest make a difference of 123$
