This is just a question regarding efficiency, is there any difference between

Excel Formula:
RTC:=SUMX( FILTER(ALL('Calendar'[Date]), 'Calendar'[Date] <= MAX('Calendar'[Date]) ), [TotalUnits])
and
Excel Formula:
RTC2:=CALCULATE( [TotalUnits], FILTER(ALL('Calendar'[Date]),'Calendar'[Date] <= MAX( 'Calendar'[Date]) ) )

Richard ,

Excel Facts

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
SUMX is an iterator which could be a bit less efficient. Is this working too?

Excel Formula:
RTC2:=CALCULATE( [TotalUnits], ALL('Calendar'[Date]),'Calendar'[Date] <= MAX( 'Calendar'[Date]) )

Yes, But as the measure [Total] = SUMX( Table , Table [Values] ) , doesn't
Excel Formula:
=CALCULATE( [TotalUnits], FILTER(ALL('Calendar'[Date]),'Calendar'[Date] <= MAX( 'Calendar'[Date]) ) )
also iterate, as far as I know there is not way of doing a cumulative total in DAX with out, in power query you can
use List Generate or list accumulate.
