Hi Forum members,

I am using the below code to extract data from MS access query to excel but the complete data is not copying. My query in Db returns 519 records but only 319 records are being copied and pasted to excel, Kindly let me know what is incorrect.

Code

Code:
Sub TransfertoExcel()
Dim objXL As Object
Dim xlWB As Object
Dim xlWS As Object
Dim intFields As Integer
Dim db As DAO.Database
Dim rst As DAO.Recordset
Dim I As Integer
Set db = CurrentDb()
Set objXL = CreateObject("Excel.Application")
Set xlWB = objXL.Workbooks.Open("C:\Work\Projects 2015\Travel\Template\Air Travel Dashboard_v01.xlsb")
Set xlWS = xlWB.Worksheets("Raw Data")
Set rst = db.OpenRecordset("17_qry Carrier D&I_Final", dbOpenDynaset)
intFields = rst.Fields.Count
    For I = 1 To intFields
        With xlWS
            .Cells(4, I) = rst.Fields(I - 1).Name
        End With
    Next I
xlWS.Range("A5").CopyFromRecordset rst
xlWB.Save
rst.Close
Set rst = Nothing
End Sub

Thanks in advance

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
