Trying to create a spreadsheet to calculate stableford scores for 3 teams of 4 and then a second tab to calculate a head to head skins game for 6 matches. Does anyone have a template or something similar?

Can you sort left to right?

Hey welcome to the forum. You may want to explain how Stableford and the 1 v 1 scoring works. Not every excel user plays golf.
Some examples could be useful.

I play golf (just casually), and I have no idea what Stableford scoring is!

There are many Excel wizards on here, so if you can describe exactly how it works, some who do not play golf and have no idea what it is could still come up with a solution for you, as long as it is explained clearly.

@Joe4 Stableford is a pretty neat way to value success and devalue failure on the course. And it has modified variants.
for instance (and for the golfers out there I am making this valuing system up): Eagles are worth 5 points, Birdies 2, Pars 1, Bogies -1, Double Bogies -3, etc.

So, he is looking for a summation (or a series of 18) calculation that compares a Subtraction (actual score vs par) value to a reference table to assign a score.

I would recommend also doing a search on "Excel Golf Stableford template". There are many hits to go through.
It looks like there are also various apps that do this.
