Hi there,

I'm new to VBA and using Ron's Email template to send recipients a table of data. However, I want to hide the first column in the body of the email since it is for email addresses used in the VBA to send out messages. Does anyone know how to exclude the first column? I tried .Resize(.Rows.Count, .Columns.Count - 1), but that excludes the last column, not the first.

In addition, I'd like to reference another name column in the body of the email. Instead of saying "Hi there," I'd like to pull the name from another column. If anyone can help with either of these, would really appreciate it. Below is a snippet of the code.

Sub mail2()

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Hi,

Have you tried Offset(0,1) to modify your top left reference cell ...
