Index function in DAX

I have a dataset with sales per customer and date (month and year).I have a second table with diesel percentages, these are in matrix form, so in the month and year columns and then in a row the various diesel clauses that apply to customers. In Excel I can use the index function, where I say which row number corresponds to the correct month and year and which column number corresponds to the diesel clause for that specific customer, in order to always add the correct diesel percentage to my dataset. How do I do this in Power Pivot in a calculated column?
