Making me CRAZY!

Hello Everyone

This is probably a simple fix, but been driving me absolutely crazy. I have a large data set that I extract the year field from a date using the formula =YEAR([@DATE]). Pretty simple. I than put my data into a pivot table.

My pivot table is out of numeric sequence and it makes me bonkers. How do I fix this so 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 are sequential?

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
right click on the year and choose sort, then shoos the sorting option you prefer:
