Match Data from Different Sheets with one and/or more keyterms

Hi All

I have two excel sheets
Sheet1: Has ANZSIC Codes
Sheet 2: Has Data to which the ANZSIC codes must be assigned

Agriculture
Architecture
Architecture Services
Architecture, Engineering & Design

Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Glass & Gases
Civil Engineering

RESULT
Criteria/Rule : One and / Or all terms in Sheet 2 must be matched with Sheet1 data
Each matching Code has to be assigned in adjacent columns
Accounting & Accounting Services

In Simple Terms - It is like using Find ALL for One/More keywords and entering the Codes from Sheet 1 to the DATA

Any solution would be very helpful
