Hi,

(Using Microsoft 365 and Office Updates)

In a pivot table, is it possible to have values set to sum and the grand total at the bottom of the pivot table set to count?

In the pivot table snippet below, the coloured icons are conditionally formatted based on a sum value. I would like to show a total grand total count (instead of the sum value currently).

Thanks.

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Unfortunately not, it will default to the same aggregation done in the values area
