StockHistory no longer working

Today,

use of WorksheetFunction.StockHistory in VBA gives an error: Unable to get the StockHistory property of the WorkSheetFunction class.It was fine two days ago (5/16/2024) and my uses of it since a month ago were good.
Is anyone else having this issue?
I repaired and then re-Installed Office 365- No help/change.
I am not located in the US.
I have re installed Windows (with retaining Personal folders ... ) and still have the problem
I looked at C:\Users\ronal\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART and the folder is empty
I am moving toward using Yahoo Finance to get the Stock History data

Any Insights ?
