Hello all
I want to use a combination of Sumif and Indirect function to link to data in closed workbook in a folder location. I have wrote =SUMIF(INDIRECT("'["&Sheet2!C9&".xlsx"&"]"&Sheet2!D9&"'!"&"T:T"),BB14,INDIRECT("'["&Sheet2!C9&".xlsx"&"]"&Sheet2!D9&"'!"&"H:H")), where Sheet2!C9 and Sheet2!D9 are cells reference to file locations and sheet name respectively. The formula is giving "#REF!", can someone see what is wrong with the formula?

Impressive typo given that you have correct closing parentheses at the end.
I am not giving the full formula as it might breach my work ethics thats why i copied and pasted the formula and changed some texts just to give an idea.

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Yes but you changed it to a completely different formula. That is not just a typo, especially as one formula would work with a closed workbook, and the other would not!
