I have a dynamic array that is pulling month (i.e. Jan, Feb, Mar, etc.) from a table. I need to be able to sort the dynamic array so the month's align correctly (i.e. Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, etc.) in the Data Validation dropdown field automatically.

My formula for the array is =Unique(LOA[Month]) and I know I can use the =sort formula around it but I cannot make it sort properly. I have created a helper table listed below to try and help the formula but it still just gives me #VALUE.
