which formula to use for automatic ranking status

So....based on the inputs of Total P and Total bb, how is the total (on which the rank is based) calculated? Is it just Total P + Total bb? Or is there some weighting?

Perhaps you can provide an example...

You could easely record a macro by
Data- sort - .... etc.

Something like this

Sub Makro1()
Range("A1:C5").Select
Selection.Sort Key1:=Range("B2"), Order1:=xlAscending, Key2:=Range("C2") _
, Order2:=xlAscending, Header:=xlGuess, OrderCustom:=1, MatchCase:= _
False, Orientation:=xlTopToBottom
End Sub

P in column B and
bb in column C

And then add a button for it in the worksheet.
