Hi Mike

Does this happen in all spreadsheets, or only a particular one? It is possible to disable the "Cell" menu (which is what is brought up if you right-click in a worksheet cell).

Not Protected

The file is not protected.
Happens with all files in excel.

can this "Cell menu" be enables or disabled?

From within Excel, open up the Visual Basic Editor (hold down Alt key and hit F11). When this opens, open up the Immediate Window (Ctrl+G) and type in the following:

Code:

application.CommandBars("Cell").Enabled = True

and press return/enter.

If this has worked, you should now have your right-click menu back in Excel.
