If I explain what I need done it may be easier.
What is it at each change in column A I need the cells in the row above in columns F and G moving down one cell and then the row that F and G have been moved to I need that moving down one cell too.

I.E if Data changed at A10 I need the data in F9 and G9 moved down to F10 and G10 and then data in A-E10 moved down to A11-E11.

Can anyone help.I also need this to repeat all the way down the workbook where there is a change of data in column A. It will always start LTP BY its just the numbers will increase if that makes any difference.

Hope this makes sense.

Many Thanks

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Just to explain better.
This is how it looks at present.

And as shown in this one the difference in rows 11-15.

This is how I would need them to be.

You are cross posting all over the place and using various names too.

This is not good forum etiquette and it's probably reducing your chances of anybody responding to your posts.

As for a solution to this latest post, I don't quite see the logic behind the results.

There's actually data in the result that doesn't appear in the original data.
