I am creating a form in excel using drop down list with Data Validation , is it possible to set it up to select more than one choice from the list at a time.
e.g. My 1st list is job titles : and Accountant is chosen. My next list would contain a list of duties preformed. e.g Bookkeeping, A/R, A/P etc. I would like to be able to choose A/P & A/R. Is this possible? If so, how?
I am a novice with excel and am not familiar with formulas, so I need as simple as possible.
Thank you for any suggestions.

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
Thanks, but no go

I have tried your suggestion and to no avail. I need the form to allow the selection of 1 to 5 choices per category.
Any other suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!
