Another "Insert Row" question

over 80 views and no responses. I will assume that you good folks are just too busy to help right now. But please, if I have voilated forum rules in some way with my request, or if the problem cannot be solved, would someone kindly set me straight? ......Thanks

The spreadsheet (Clubhouse) has several different sections in which there are a set number of rows to enter data and costs. The costs total at the end of each section. If all the rows in a section are filled then new row(s) need to be added. These inserted rows then need to be inserted at the same row location in the 2nd sheet (Bid-Clubhouse).
